It was reported that at around 1.30pm on Wednesday 15 February 2023 a man was seen acting indecently at a nature reserve in Hothfield but he left the area in the direction of Maidstone Road after he was challenged by a member of the public.
The suspect is described as white and in his thirties. He was believed to be wearing a balaclava, a hat, a green coat and black trousers.
