At around 11pm on Thursday 7 March 2024, Kent Police was called to a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian in Kennel Hill, Eythorne near Dover.

Police along with South East Coast Ambulance Service arrived at the scene where a pedestrian, a man in 20s, was taken to hospital with injuries described as serious but not life-threatening.

The vehicle involved, which was described as a white Ford ‘pick-up’ style van with a box on the back, was not at the scene when officers arrived and enquiries are ongoing to locate the driver, who is described as a white man, of medium build with blonde hair.
