Detectives are urgently seeking witnesses after a man was found dead on the railway tracks near the Port of Dover in the early hours of 6 September.

Emergency services were alerted to the incident at around 1:45 am but despite the prompt arrival of paramedics, the person was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. Investigations are currently underway to determine the events leading up to this tragic incident.

Authorities are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
