Kent Police are appealing for witnesses after a man and woman were threatened and their car damaged in a suspected road rage incident in Folkestone.

The incident occurred on Tuesday, December 17th, around 2:55 PM, on Radnor Park Road. The victims were in a black car when they encountered a moped travelling the wrong way down a one-way street.

The confrontation escalated on Shorncliffe Road near the junction with Castle Hill Avenue, where the moped rider approached the victims and made threats before using a knife to damage their vehicle. An 18-year-old man from London was arrested on Thursday, December 19th, in connection with the incident and has since been released on bail.
