Kent Police are urging witnesses to come forward following the theft of a large bronze statue from Shepherdswell, Dover.

The theft of the statue, which depicts a stag, was taken from a garden of a residential property in Eythorne Road, Shepherdswell, is reported to have taken place at around 10pm on Monday 9 March 2026. It is estimated to be worth several thousands of pounds.

Anyone with information regarding the theft should call Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting 46/38739/26 or who saw or heard anything suspicious in the area, or who has private CCTV or doorbell footage which might assist, is also urged to come forward.
