A CCTV image has been released by officers investigating a reported assault at a Canterbury nightclub.
Kent Police was called shortly before 2.30am on Thursday 16 July 2026 to The Cuban bar on the Canterbury High Street, after reports of man assaulted earlier that morning by a person not known to the victim. Officers attended along with paramedics and a man in his 30s was taken to a local hospital for treatment to a head injury. He was later discharged. Initial enquiries were completed, including speaking to witnesses and reviewing CCTV.
An image has now been released of a man who investigators wish to speak to, since he may be able to assist with the ongoing investigation.
