Kent Police is urging witnesses to come forward after a motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision in Drellingore, near Hawkinge yesterday afternoon.

The incident on Alkham Valley Road, near the junction with Stombers Lane, happened at around 3.25pm on Saturday 2 July 2022. It involved a man in his 40s who was riding a black Ducati motorcycle when he was involved in a collision with an orange Hyundai Veloster Sport. He suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to a London hospital for treatment.

Officers from Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit are carrying out enquiries into the incident and would like to hear from any witnesses or anyone who saw the vehicles involved beforehand. They are also appealing for anyone with dashcam or any other video footage to come forward.
