Kent Police is appealing for information following a report that money has been stolen from a man in Dover.

The robbery took place at around 10.30pm on Monday 11 July 2022. The victim, a man in his 60s, was walking through the underpass on Bench Street towards New Bridge when he was pushed over and his wallet was stolen by an assailant dressed in black.

The suspect was described as in his early 30s, 6ft tall, and had short black hair, black trousers and a black polo shirt.

The wallet was later recovered with the money missing.
